The Brooksie Way has a proven method of establishing groups of runners and walkers with similar paces and abilities. Each group is led by trained group leaders following an established calendar.
Groups are available for all levels of abilities from experienced marathoners to first time walkers or runners. With proper training and support - you can complete a half marathon, 10k or 5k – all while having fun.
